Call for Abstracts – Extended deadline May 1, 2024 

Original papers and novel reviews of a significant area related to advanced and small reactor development and deployment that have not been published previously are welcome. Preliminary technical track themes include: 

• Research and Development supporting advanced reactors and SMRs
• R&D supporting microreactors, research reactors and extraterrestrial reactors
• Decommissioning, waste management and the fuel cycle
• Security, safety assessment and regulatory activities
• Public policy and engagement
• Economics, financing and business models
• Nuclear-enabled integrated and hybrid energy systems and energy supply mix
• Skill development, nuclear knowledge and work force management
• Manufacturing and supply chain
• Deployment

Abstracts are to be a maximum of 200 words and submitted in English. The abstract submission deadline is May 1, 2024. Consult the Call for Papers for additional information and to submit your abstract. For additional information, contact Dr. Hazem Mazhar and Dr. Chuk Azih.

Important Dates: 

• Early bird registration ends on August 24th, 2024.
• Regular registration starts on August 25th, 2024.
• Registration on site is subject to availability.  
• The last day to book the hotel rooms is August 29th, 2024. Anything booked after that date is subject to availability and the discounted rate will not apply.  
• Abstracts are due May 1st, 2024.
