Guidelines for Speakers

The time allowed for each technical oral presentation is 20 minutes, with an additional 5 minutes reserved for discussion.  One LCD projector and one overhead projector will be provided in each session room.  You are strongly encouraged to use an electronic (Powerpoint) presentation.  The electronic presentation file should be sent to wm2005@cns-snc.ca by April 30 2005. 

As a backup measure, please bring a copy of the presentation file with you at the conference on a CD. For hardware compatibility, please use a recordable-only CD.  Do not use rewritable CDs or DVDs.
