Topics of interest are listed on the following page.  Out of an abundance of caution in view of the COVID-19 situation\, the conference will be held virtually. \nThe conference will feature: \n\nPlenary sessions with invited speakers\, addressing significant industry developments;\nAn embedded Symposium on Small Modular Reactors addressing all aspects of this emerging technology;\nTechnical sessions (see list of technical topics here) with subject‐matter experts from utilities\, suppliers\, the regulator\, academia\, federal laboratories and agencies to present the latest advancements in nuclear science and technology;\nExhibits with industrial leaders showcasing their latest nuclear products and technology.\nA Student Conference with student posters.\nSocial (virtual) features that facilitate discussions and networking on subjects of common interests.\n\n\n \n\nProgram\nProgram details will be coming soon! \n* Students submitting papers are encouraged to wait until their paper has been formally accepted before registering \nAuthor Information\nThis conference features two different forms of paper submission: \n\nA Technical Program in which authors submit a full-length paper\, and present their work during one of the many featured parallel technical sessions; and\nA Student Program in which student authors submit a shorter paper\, and present their work during a featured poster presentation session.\n\nNote that students can submit to either program\, as long as the submission adheres to the program requirements. \nGuidelines for all papers: \n\nPapers must present original material or a review of a significant area.\nAll papers will be peer-reviewed\nBy submitting a paper\, you agree to it being presented at the conference\, and that the paper and the presentation material may be published in the conference proceedings\nAt least one of the authors must register for the conference by May 1\, 2021 for the paper to be included in the conference program.\n\nSpecific guidelines for the Technical Program: \nThe submission process is as follows: \n\nSubmit an abstract here(maximum 200 words\, demonstrating the essence of the work which will be presented\, and must include the paper title\, and all authors and their affiliations)\nAbstract will be reviewed for acceptance/rejection\nUpon acceptance\, submit full paper (maximum 12 pages\, using the conference paper template below)\nFull paper will be reviewed\nUpon acceptance\, submit final paper (may require revision based on review process)\n15-minute presentation during conference\n\nDeadlines: \n\nAbstract submission: January 22\, 2021 February 5\, 2021\nFull paper submitted for review: February 28\, 2021 March 5\, 2021\nFinal paper submitted for the conference proceedings: April 9\, 2021\nSlide deck submitted for presentation at the conference: May 7\, 2021\n\nSpecific guidelines for the Student Program: \nThe submission process is as follows: \n\nSubmit a short paper here (maximum 5 pages\, using the conference paper template below)\nPaper will be reviewed\nUpon acceptance\, submit final paper (may require revision based on review process)\nPoster presentation during conference\n\nDeadlines: \n\nShort paper submitted for review: February 28\, 2021 March 13\, 2021\nFinal paper submitted for the conference proceedings: April 9\, 2021\nPoster submitted for presentation at the conference: May 7\, 2021\n\nPaper Template \nDownload the paper template for the Technical Program hereDownload the paper template for the Student Program here \nPaper Submission \nSubmissions to both the Technical and Student Programs can be made here \n\n\n\nSponsors & Exhibitors\nSponsor & Exhibitor information will be coming soon!
